Refund policy

Made-To-Order
Afroglyphic is a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model.  This means, we don't hold any inventory and we actually work with production partners to produce our inventory as needed.

As our customers place orders with us, we place the order with our suppliers to produce the items for them!  We do this to keep our costs low, and quality high!  It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing chart available for each item so you can choose your correct size.

With that said, we want to offer a quality guarantee for you.  You can expect to receive the item you ordered from us quickly, without any defects.  If your item arrives damaged with a print defect, we'll offer you a replacement and let you keep the item!  Initiate a damage claim-->Kindly, take pictures clearly showing the damage and send them to us.


Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns for any reason as apart of our made-to-order business model.  We do not hold inventory or stock for all items made-to-order.  In order for us to take a return we must charge an inventory/stocking fee if you decide to initiate a return.

On the other hand, if we sent you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!

Refunds
We offer 30-day refunds.  To receive a refund you must notify of within 30 days of receipt.  You must ship the items at your cost to one of our Returns addresses.  The item must be in the same condition.  Once we receive the item we will refund the amount minus a stocking/inventory fee.
